Striking a balance between stone fruits, flowers and a unique hint of tarragon, our Chardonnay is fermented using the wild native yeasts found in our vineyards. These naturally occurring yeasts give Borne of Fire Chardonnay it’s signature minerality that separates it from a more traditional Chardonnay.

Honeyed citrus, pear, and sappy floral notes emerge from the 2019 Chardonnay, a value-priced Chardonnay offering lots of juicy fruit, medium-bodied richness, and some classic toasty, subtly nutty notes on the finish. It’s nicely balanced, has good overall freshness, and is just a well-made, well-priced Chardonnay to drink over the coming year or so.
